At AmritAayu, we are committed to ensuring that your Ayurvedic products reach you safely and promptly. This policy outlines our shipping and delivery practices to help you understand what to expect when you place an order with us.

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping services exclusively within India. We do not provide international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Partner

We use Shiprocket as our shipping partner to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of your orders.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery typically takes 7-9 working days to reach you, depending on your location within India.

4. Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of the order value, to any location in India.

5. Express Shipping

We do offer express or priority shipping options. If you need your order faster, please contact our customer service for available options and additional costs.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with:

  • A unique order number
  • A tracking ID

You can use these to track your package’s journey on our website or directly through Shiprocket’s tracking portal.

7. Handling of Orders

  • Product Orders: Physical products are carefully packed and shipped to the address provided.
  • Consultation Services: These are conducted online and are handled separately from product shipments.
  • Combined Orders: If you’ve ordered both products and consultation services, the consultation will be scheduled online, while the products will be shipped separately.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, we offer a 100% full refund. Please contact our customer service immediately if you receive a damaged package or if your tracking information indicates an issue with delivery.

9. Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address, please inform us as soon as possible. Address changes can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order is shipped, we cannot alter its destination.

10. Packaging

We take great care in packaging your Ayurvedic products:

  • All products are packed in-house by our trained staff.
  • We use high-quality, secure packaging materials to prevent any damage during transit.
  • Our packaging is designed to maintain the integrity and efficacy of the Ayurvedic medicines.

11. Delivery Attempts

In case you’re not available to receive your package, our shipping partner will make up to three delivery attempts. After the third unsuccessful attempt, the package will be returned to us, and we will contact you for further instructions.

12. Shipping Restrictions

There are currently no restrictions on shipping our Ayurvedic products to specific regions within India. However, please note that regulations may change, and we will update this policy accordingly if any restrictions are implemented in the future.
